About Brooke Degroff

Hi, I'm Brooke DeGroff, a licensed realtor serving Western New York and the Finger Lakes
region. I currently live in Geneseo, NY, and have had the privilege of assisting many clients in
buying and selling homes, specializing in listings, home buying, and lakefront properties.
Living in multiple areas, including Letchworth Park, Canandaigua, and Geneseo, I have
experience not only selling in these markets but also having great connections throughout the
area to help my buyers and sellers.
I believe in being upfront and transparent throughout the real estate process. I make sure my
clients are well-informed, sharing all aspects of a situation—the good, the bad, and the

Outside of real estate, I’m involved in the volleyball community as an assistant coach for a travel
team. In my free time, I enjoy taking yoga classes, spending time with family and friends, and
exploring local restaurants and breweries across Western New York.
